The cycling industry likes to make big claims, from constant improvement and innovation to revolution. But at Pinarello, they have never been motivated to change for change’s sake. It always has to serve a purpose. For them, that purpose is speed, and they will stop at nothing in pursuit of it. Pinarello prides themselves on being agile and inventive, always ready and willing to adapt to technological advancements in order to explore what is possible.
Their past is full of game-changing designs and mould-shattering concepts, the only manufacturer to win the Tour de France with every kind of material possible. They have done it on steel, aluminium, and even magnesium. Pinarello also brought carbon fibre and aerospace technology to cycling when others were still making frames the way their grandfathers did. Today their carbon is the most advanced available, helping redefine what a bicycle looks like and what it is capable of, and they did all of this not just to be different.
